About Lecba

Lecba Pharmaceuticals was established in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with the aim of developing a focused pharmaceutical business around meaningful therapeutic needs. Rather than building a very large portfolio across unrelated categories, we concentrate on selected areas where we can develop stronger product understanding and maintain a clear therapeutic focus.
Our current portfolio addresses areas including neuropathic pain, musculoskeletal pain and inflammation, bone health and gastrointestinal supportive care. Alongside our pharmaceutical range, we are also developing our presence in nutraceuticals with a focus on joint health, mobility, bone health and neurological nutrition.
We believe a pharmaceutical brand should be supported by more than product availability alone. It should be backed by appropriate product selection, responsible scientific communication, dependable distribution and long-term relationships with healthcare professionals. As Lecba grows, we continue to evaluate new products and formulations based on clinical relevance, market needs, patient convenience and practical affordability.

Neurology
Neuropathic pain can affect mobility, sleep, work and everyday quality of life. Lecba's neurology portfolio currently concentrates on neuropathic pain management and nerve-health support. The Gabalec range forms an important part of this portfolio.
Orthopaedics
Pain, inflammation, reduced bone strength and joint-related problems can gradually limit movement and independence. Our orthopaedic portfolio focuses on pain management, inflammation, bone health, joint health and mobility support.
Nutraceuticals
Nutrition can play an important supportive role in long-term health. Lecba is developing a focused nutraceutical portfolio based on scientifically relevant ingredients and rational combinations, particularly for joint health, mobility, bone health and healthy ageing.
Supportive Care
Lecba also maintains selected supportive-care products that address commonly encountered clinical requirements. Our current supportive-care portfolio includes gastrointestinal therapy where acid suppression and prokinetic treatment may be considered appropriate by the treating physician.

Our product portfolio reflects the same focused approach that guides our therapy selection. In Neurology, the Gabalec range addresses neuropathic pain management through established pharmaceutical combinations.
In Orthopaedics, Lecfen-SP supports pain and inflammation management, while Calba-D3 addresses calcium and Vitamin D requirements as part of bone-health support.
Our supportive-care range includes Rablec-D, a rabeprazole and sustained-release domperidone combination for appropriate gastrointestinal indications. Alongside these pharmaceutical products,

Gabapentin 300 mg + Nortriptyline 10 mg
A combination formulation intended for the management of neuropathic pain where clinically appropriate.

GABALEC-M 300
Gabapentin 300 mg + Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg
Combines gabapentin with methylcobalamin to support the pharmacological management of neuropathic pain together with nutritional support for nerve health.

LECFEN-SP
Aceclofenac 100 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg + Serratiopeptidase 15 mg
A multimodal combination used in clinical situations requiring management of pain and inflammation.
